A MESSAGE FROM PATIENT ACCESS
Having listened to feedback from patients, we are pleased to announce that the welcome page for Patient Access has been updated, making it clearer and easier to use.
Patients will be able to setup their Patient Access account through the 'Register' section on the left hand section of the screen, using either the registration letter from their practice or the on-line registration facility.
The sign in section on the right hand side should be used once the patient has setup their online account.
Note: if you are reissued a new registration letter as an existing user of Patient Access then you should use the left hand section and re-register.
The 'Help with Patient Access' section has also been updated to include frequently asked questions and videos to assist users.
We welcome your feedback
We always welcome feedback on how we can improve Patient Access. If you have any suggestions please use the UserVoice facility on patient.co.uk.
During your appointment with a doctor or nurse you are welcome to ask for a chaperone, this may be one of the nursing team but if they are unavailable a member of the reception staff can chaperone with your agreement.
